I am a qualified and experienced therapist working in the Blue Mountains, NSW and offer a range of counselling and psychotherapy services for individuals, couples and families. My therapeutic approach is predominantly person-centred and my clinical hours are between 8 am – 7 pm, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Western Sydney University and have undertaken intensive training in group leadership and facilitation with the Australian Institute of Counselling in Addictions.
I also maintain ongoing clinical registration with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and the Australian Association of Buddhist Counsellors and Psychotherapists (AABCAP). You can find more info about me and my approach here.
I specialise in areas relating to trauma and the body, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and couples work.
That said, I encounter all types of concerns with my clients, from wanting to feel more positive about themselves and their situation to building greater resilience and meaning in their day-to-day experiences. I am an experienced therapist, communicator and facilitator, and an ideal person to reach out to if you or your relationship is experiencing distress.
